Delivery
Delivery all over Russia – free

Self-pickup is possible if you are in Moscow (Altero clinic - Prospekt Mira 5 k. 1), in case of self-pickup, prior approval via WhatsApp or e-mail is required.
Placing an order

To purchase a product, go to the product page (products) and click the "Add to cart" button.
Then click on the floating button with the cart (top right).

Fill out the order form, provide your contact information, select the delivery method. If you choose courier delivery, our employee will contact you and agree on the delivery time.

All the data you provide is systematized by us and processed electronically in order to deliver the goods to you and improve the quality of the site. By clicking the "Submit" button, you agree to the processing of your personal data.

Returns and exchanges

Officially, according to Russian law, the return of cosmetic products after purchase is not allowed.
But we are changing the rules!
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, you can arrange a return within 2 weeks. To do this, you need to contact us via WhatsApp +7 995 121 3621 or simply call the phone number listed on the website and agree on a return.

Please open the order immediately after receiving it. In case of difficult situations, do not forget to draw up a "Report on the detection of a shortage or damage to goods" at the pick-up point or in the presence of the courier.

You can also return the goods to us if you find poor quality packaging, defective containers, bottles with signs of use, sets with damaged completeness, or in a non-marketable condition. We will replace the goods free of charge and as soon as possible.

To do this, you need to take photos of the goods and send them to us at support@doctorsadvice.ru or call the phone number listed above.
We will replace the goods free of charge within 24 hours.

Payment

You can pay for the goods using the online form on the website or upon receipt (cash to the courier or payment by card through a portable terminal). Payment only in rubles. In case of payment from a card linked to an account in foreign currency, the calculation will be made at the exchange rate of your bank. Acquiring services are provided to us by Sberbank PJSC.
